Shipping Policy

Your Mass Lee Jewellery, will be dispatched within 1-3 working days depending on the stock. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests. International delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.


The price for international shipments varies depending on the country. International orders may become subject to additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Custom duties may also cause delays on delivery time. All custom duties and fees are at the customer’s expense. We cannot be held responsible for extra costs and / or delays. We cannot advise prior to shipment how much these will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order on our website.

On the occasion we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not.

For pieces that are Made to Order, please allow 14-21 working days for shipment.

Mass Lee cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package or loss of the package, during the shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days after you have received the package. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.

Please note that we do not cover costs paired with returns, therefore you will be responsible for them.

Once we have received the package we can arrange an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs), refunded within 30 days.

Warranty Policy

Mass Lee offers a warranty of two years. It covers damage caused by a manufacturing default or material defect. Our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use or loss of (an) item(s).

Warranty exceptions and exclusions:

1. Any damage to jewellery caused by neglect, abuse or natural wear and tear. Damage, such as being hit or knocked, is easily detectable under magnification. For example, if a ring wears thin or prongs wear out due to neglect or natural wear and tear, the warranty is considered void. Additionally, if a ring becomes out of round and thus causes stones to fall out, this could be due to damage to the bottom of the ring when being worn.

2. Any jewellery that has been repaired by another jeweller. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweller.
